Jazeera Airways : A Low-Cost Airline with Great Service and Hospitality

Jazeera Airways is a Kuwaiti low-cost airline that was founded in 2004. The airline operates a fleet of Airbus A320 and A321neo aircraft and flies to over 30 destinations in the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe.

I recently had the opportunity to fly with Jazeera Airways on a trip to Kuwait City. I was very impressed with the airline’s overall service and hospitality.

Check-in and Boarding

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in online 24 hours before my flight, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.

Boarding was also very efficient. The gates opened 30 minutes before departure, and I was able to board the plane without any delay.

Cabin and Seating

The cabin of the Jazeera Airways Airbus A320 was clean and well-maintained. The seats were comfortable and spacious, and there was plenty of legroom.

Each seat was equipped with a personal entertainment system, which offered a variety of movies on their Jazeera in-flight on-screen channel, TV shows, and music. There were also USB charging ports at each seat.

Jazeera Airways offers a variety of food and beverage options on board, all of which are reasonably priced. I had a chicken sandwich and a cup of coffee, and both were very good. I had a falafel roll, chips, cold drink. They served coffee and hot water as well, as I had a bad throat at that time.

Service

The cabin crew on my flight were very friendly and attentive. They were always happy to help with anything I needed and ensured that I had a comfortable and enjoyable flight.

I was very impressed with my overall experience with Jazeera Airways. The airline offers great value for money, with low fares and good service. I would definitely recommend Jazeera Airways to anyone looking for a low-cost airline to fly with.
