The kind of soup that feels like a warm hug after a long flight 🥹🍜. Then came the famous banh mi, crispy on the outside, soft inside, stuffed with herbs and flavors that hit just right! 🥖💚 And oh, the Vietnamese coffee… bold, sweet, and so addictive I had at least two cups a day ☕🤎 — iced, condensed, or drip style, it never disappointed. From Hoi An’s Cao Lau noodles to fresh spring rolls and che (that colorful coconut dessert I couldn’t pronounce right 😅), every bite was a new story.
