Trang An felt like stepping into a dream. As I arrived in Ninh Binh province, Trang An a UNESCO World Heritage Site that feels like stepping into another world. Known as the "Halong Bay on Land," Trang An is a stunning complex of karst mountains, winding rivers, hidden caves, and ancient temples. Taking a boat through Trang An was like being in a natural cathedral, with caves and cliffs rising all around me. My guide rowed us gently down the river, and each twist revealed something new—hidden caves, quiet temples, and reflections of the mountains so perfect they felt surreal. Passing through the caves was an adventure in itself; some were so narrow and low that I had to duck, and they opened up to beautiful, open waters on the other side. One of my favorite moments was visiting the ancient temples nestled within the complex. These sites carried a sense of history that felt deeply rooted, linking nature and culture in a way I hadn’t experienced before. Trang An was peaceful and immersive, making me feel like I’d left the world behind and stepped into a quiet paradise.
